This 5 week course is a wonderful introduction to Vinyasa Yoga, a style that combines the breath with fluid movements. It is a creative and energising practice that aims to improve your strength, mobility and mind-body connection.
This course is fantastic even if you are an experienced Yogi, as we cover all our foundations, explore Yogic history and traditions, as well as relaxation and meditation techniques.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to immerse yourself into the world of Yoga, and leave feeling a little lighter, brighter, stronger and more connected.

Cost: $100 for 5 classes.
