Vinyasa Yoga - 5 Week Course Tuesdays


Note, due to popular demand this class was originally scheduled to be a Restorative Flow class, however is now a Vinyasa class.

Get your flow on with these Vinyasa styled classes. Vinyasa translates as ‘breath-synchronised movement’ or to ‘flow’. It is a style that combines the breath with fluid movements to reveal body awareness and inner strength. It is a creative and energising practice that aims to improve your mobility, strength, circulation and mind-body connection.

Casual attendance may be possible if the course is not booked out. You can easily book yourself in online if space is available.
